General Information
Either a parent of a student or a public agency, defined under Indiana's special education law (Article 7) as a public school; charter school; Department of Health; Indiana School for the Blind; Indiana School for the Deaf; and Department of Corrections, may initiate a referral for possible testing by contacting the building principal. Every effort will be made to assist the child at the building level for school-aged students. If strategies fail, permission for testing will be sought. Any question in this regard, please contact the Director at (260) 824-5880. Referrals for preschool-aged children may be initiated by completing the ages 3-5 Referral Form below or contacting the Preschool Coordinator at (260) 824-5880.
